Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Girls Rock Dallas! We need the help of lots of reliable, dedicated folks to make camp happen, so thank you for offering your skills, time, and enthusiasm.

Before and during camp, there are a lot of important volunteer positions to be filled. Some of our volunteer positions require musical knowledge, but many do not. Teaching, coaching, workshop, band managing, and a few other positions, are open to female mentors only, but there are several non-mentor-ship positions open to both males and females.

Girls Rock Dallas is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower girls through music education. Because our work involves minors, as part of the application process we must conduct a phone interview and a criminal background check on all volunteers. All volunteers must complete and sign a Background Check form that will be provided at a later date.
